COVID-19 Updates

Dear Members,

We would first and foremost like to thank you for your understanding and patience while we all navigate through uncharted territory of dealing with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.  At this time, we wanted to provide the membership with a complete update of where the Club stands:

1. Club Dining:  We are still offering takeout services for our members.  (Delivery is no longer available as it was unutilized.) Please contact the Front Desk at 832-8866 upon your arrival.  An MCC staff member will bring your order to your car to alleviate any congestion in the foyer. Our takeout menu will continue to offer a la carte items, family-style meals and weekly features. This menu will run from Friday – Thursday of each week which will allow Chef Nate of rotate weekly features and family-style meals.  Please click here to view the April 3-9 menu.

  • A la Carte Dining:  We are currently accepting takeout orders every day from 4pm-8pm. We ask that all orders are placed no later than 7:30pm.
  • Family-Style Meals:  Family meals are available every Wednesday and Saturday.  Please place your order no later then 5pm on the day prior.  Family meals may be picked up between 3pm-7pm.
  • Easter:  Chef Nate has created a wonderful takeout menu specifically for Easter Sunday.  Please click here to access the menu.  Orders must be placed by Wednesday, April 8 at 5pm and orders will be available for pickup on Sunday, April 12 from 11am-6pm.
2. Golf Course:  The golf course is currently closed due to current guidelines from local authorities.  We will continue to evaluate in the coming days.  Kevin Welp along with a limited staff will continue work on the golf course in order to protect our long-term investment. If you need any assistance with accessing your clubs or shoes from the Clubhouse, please contact Kevin Schroeder.

3. Fitness Center/Kid’s Corner/Locker Rooms: These areas are currently closed. If you are in need of anything specifically, please contact: 4. Day Spa: If you are in need of any additional Epicuren Skincare products to maintain your Epicuren regimen at home, drop-ship delivery directly to you is now available free of charge with USPS. We will be placing an order on Monday for those who are in need of products. Contact Kendra to place your order. Epicuren also has a new featured product that is now available to order - Tighten Up Neck Cream. This cream is recommended for those who are experiencing signs of aging, loss of elasticity, and medium to deep wrinkles on neck.

5. Aquatic Center: We are about 1 ½ months away from our scheduled opening date of the Aquatic Center (May 13).  As of today, we are planning to move forward with this date.  Prep work to open the pool typically starts at the end of April.  We will be sure to notify the membership of any possible delays. As of now, we are planning to open the Aquatic Center on May 13.

6. Administration Office: We have very limited staff on site.  Most of our administration team is working from home. If you need anything specific please contact the following staff member via email:

Membership Drive: In a typical year, we would be launching our Member Drive this week.  After much communication we have decided to delay the promotion of this program, as we would like to have a clearer understanding of when the mandates will be lifted and we can resume normal operations. At that time, we’ll have a better comfort level for promoting this further.  All materials have been sent to the printer and are ready to be mailed to your home.  Please note, Megan Pellerito is more than happy to discuss the membership drive and begin the application process with anyone who is interested and ready to join under this new member drive, but we do not feel it is the right time to fully promote this program otherwise.  When things begin to return to a new normal, we will be in contact with the printer to have them mailed.  Please note, when you do receive this information, some dates will be incorrect since they were printed prior to the COVID-19 mandated shutdown.  Once we are ready to mail, we will also release this information on our website.

8. May Triannual Newsletter: Katie Lewis has been working on building our May Triannual Newsletter that highlights all of our summer happenings.  Due to the uncertainty of the possibility of having to adjust our summer schedule and try to add in some past events that were cancelled (ie. Daddy/Daughter Dance), this publication has been put on delay.  We will still continue to produce a high-quality publication in order to highlight our summer and our “Members Supporting Members” page.  As of now, we are shooting for a delivery time between May 15 - June 1 instead of May 1.

9. Social Media:  If you do not follow us on Facebook, now is the time to do so.  Some of our team members have shared workouts, golf tips, story time for kids and more.  If you are unable to follow us on Facebook, all videos are also posted on the Club’s website (not app) under their appropriate department. The Club is also on Instagram but videos are not currently being shared there due to the length of each video.
