The Midland Country Club is known for its excellent dining experiences.  With three different ways to dine at the Club, we are guaranteed to meet all the needs of our members and their guests.  We are proud to offer two different menus which are served in three different restaurants.  Can't make it to the Club for dining?  Not a problem! Simply contact the Club to place a take out order from our customized Take Out Menu and we'll have a delicious meal ready for you to enjoy on the go!   
 

The Wildfire Grill

Enjoy dining at its finest.  While overlooking the 18th Island Green, enjoy extraordinary cuisine with elegance.  The Wildfire Grille is known for its floor-to-ceiling windows that feature a scenic view,  modern yet elegant decor and an open view into our state of the art kitchen. Bring all elements together to set the scene for a unique dining experience in The Wildfire Grill.
 

Hearthside Family Dining

Hearthside Family Dining allows for both families and friends to dine in a more casual atmosphere.  With seating options of booths, tables or the outside patio and our casual dining menu, this restaurant is guaranteed to meet dining needs of all our members and guests.  Once you enjoy your meal, you are welcome to join us on the patio overlooking Snake Creek and a waterfall streaming into the 18th Island Green pond.  Our patio area also features an outside fireplace where families can roast marshmallows or just enjoy each other's company.   
 

The Bar

The Bar is a popular spot after a round of golf, a gathering of a group of friends or simply enjoying a night out for dinner and cocktails.  The Bar features the casual dining menu.  Seating options includes table, booth or bar seating and mutiple televisions so you won't have to miss your favorite sporting event or television show.
